The market
How We Work in Cedar Park.
Cedar Park has grown up: the 183A corridor carries established retail, office, and medical inventory, and competition for well-located space is constant.
We work both sides here: owners repositioning established centers for their next decade, and tenants or buyers hunting for the corridor's scarce availability.

Doing Business in Cedar Park
Cedar Park sits on US 183 about 16 miles northwest of Austin, with the 183A Toll, Whitestone Boulevard (RM 1431), RR 620, Parmer Lane and New Hope Drive carrying traffic across the city. TxDOT broke ground in 2025 on new non-tolled lanes along 183A between RM 1431 and Avery Ranch Boulevard, due in 2029.
Cedar Park has become a center for aerospace and advanced manufacturing. Firefly Aerospace, one of the city's largest employers, plans to move its headquarters to a larger facility in the New Hope Business Park, and two more aerospace and defense manufacturers, Machine Sciences and Elite Metal Finishing, have announced Cedar Park operations planned to bring 240 new jobs between them.
Retail and hospitality are following. The CedarView development on New Hope Drive opened a 300,000-square-foot Scheels in 2026, with an NFM store slated for 2027, and a 297-room Marriott hotel and conference center is set to open in spring 2027. Downtown, the Bell District is growing around the Cedar Park Public Library and a new park, with shops, homes and offices planned.
