The market

How We Work in Round Rock.

Round Rock anchors the northern Austin metro: a corporate employment center along I-35 and SH 45 with the depth to support office, industrial, retail, and land plays in the same submarket. Frances built her commercial practice here at the KW Commercial Round Rock market center, and Crossley Commercial has been part of the city's growth story ever since.

That history means real relationships: with owners, developers, city staff, and the brokers on the other side of the table. When you buy, sell, or lease in Round Rock, you are working with a team the market already knows.

Doing Business in Round Rock

Round Rock sits on I-35 about 16 miles north of downtown Austin, and four major highways serve it directly: I-35, SH 45, SH 130 and US 79. Dell Technologies keeps its global headquarters here and is the city's largest employer, followed by Round Rock ISD and Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, which opened in Round Rock in 2020.

Healthcare is the city's other growth engine. Ascension Seton Williamson opened a six-story patient tower in 2026, Baylor Scott & White is expanding its Round Rock medical center with a five-story patient tower, and both Texas State University and Texas A&M run Round Rock campuses that train nurses, physicians and other health professionals.

More is on the way. Mark IV Capital broke ground in 2025 on The District, a 65-acre mixed-use project at Louis Henna and Greenlawn boulevards planned for homes, a hotel, shops, restaurants and offices, and $250 million has been authorized to widen SH 130 in Williamson County, with construction expected to begin in 2027.
